The e-Disclosure Information ProjectBirmingham Events Oct-Nov 2007This group of articles reports on the original events in Birmingham which set the e-Disclosure Information Project running. This project began as an informal talk to the Mercantile Court Users Group at the Birmingham Civil Justice Centre in July 2007. That led to an invitation to lead a training session for Judges covering the relationship between the CPR and technology, and to talks by me and His Honour Judge Simon Brown QC to West Midlands lawyers invited by the Law Society. Both events were
hosted by Pinsent Masons in Birmingham. The judicial
