e-Disclosure Conferences 2008There are several E-Disclosure conferences fixed for this year. Conferences are an extremely good way of getting a leg-up on a subject which sits at the cross-roads of two technical subjects - the court rules and practice on the one hand, and the technology available to deal with disclosure proportionately on the other. I am involved in most of them in one capacity or another, which makes it invidious to recommend one over another. Hyperlinks are to the conference programs which I commend as a way of seeing what topics are seen as important. The Law Society The biggest
single commitment is a 10-city tour for the Law Society with a 2 hour

All these are in London, except the Law Society regional seminars. Anyone from a business or a law firm who anticipates having to deal with large volumes of document in litigation or for a regulator, should go to at least one of these.
