The e-Disclosure Information Project

The e-Disclosure Information Project collects and disseminates information about electronic disclosure in the context of the UK court rules and procedures. It is sponsored by the companies whose logos appear here.

The main outputs from the Project are my blog, this web site and numerous public and in-house talks and seminars.

As well as the financial support, their sponsorship provides a pool of expertise and examples to draw on to illustrate what is involved in electronic disclosure and other aspects of efficient case management.

Electronic disclosure stands at the cross-roads of two technical subjects - the CPR and the technology solutions. I write and speak about it, often in tandem with Senior Master Whitaker or HHJ Simon Brown QC of Birmingham Civil Justice Centre.

The initiative embraces everything from policy to practice development to the details of data exchange. From its origins in Birmingham, it is now influential in other common law jurisdictions whose rules require the exchange of documents.
