ILTA INSIGHT 2008 London Hilton Tower Bridge on 15 April 2008 There were two litigation support sessions at ILTA INSIGHT 2008 in London. At the first, Mark Surguy of Pinsent Masons, HHJ Simon Brown and I talked about the new rigour being applied in the management of disclosure in civil litigation.
